Law enforcement spokesperson Kate Porras believed an police officer found the car stopped behind vacant through a McDonalds drive-thru. Porras thought the woman was arrived the drivers seat on the moment in time, but a McDonalds employee told keep watch over the woman and offspring distorted seats.
