Unhurriedly whip milk into the pan, add cream cheese. whip vigorously, until even and nix lumps appear. Bring to a low boil and reduce section to a simmer. Cook just about 4 minutes, stirring, until thick sufficient to coat the back of a spoon. Remove from roast and stir now cheese until melted.
